Noel is the Principal Solicitor and founding partner of Metanoia Legal. He has had years of experience assisting clients in the areas of Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Conveyancing and Leasing, Business Law and Wills and Estates.
Noel is passionate about getting to know people in the community and believes that the functions of law is for human society to achieve fairness and justice. He regularly participates in continuing legal education for the benefit of our clients. Noel has a strong commitment to social justice and on weekends he volunteers his time at local community services.

Clare is multi-lingual and conversant in English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese. She assists clients locally and overseas including clients from Southeast Asia Region.

Inn has practiced law for more than two decades in various countries including Malaysia and New Zealand. Inn started practising law in Malaysia in 1984 after graduating with Second Class Upper Honors Degree in the London School of Economics and being called to Lincoln's Inn as a Barrister in London. She then moved to New Zealand and worked with Gaze Burt Solicitors for 6 years- a Medium size law Firm in Auckland. She acted for a large number of Non-Profit Organisations; including many churches. Her areas of practice were: Property Law, Wealth and Asset structuring, Commercial Law, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration and Trusts.
Inn has over 15 years of experience in the practice of law in Brisbane. She is involved in general practice as a lawyer; predominantly in the areas of property law and commercial law.
Inn is passionate about helping the community and is the Secretary of the Board of International City Church, Multicultural Community Centre and Australia Pacific Institute. She has been involved in assisting refugees in their settlement needs in Australia and has written the handbook "Practical handbook for Living in Australia " to help refugees in their first years in Australia.
Inn is multi-lingual and conversation also in Mandarin and Teochew. She services clients living in Australia and overseas; including China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.
